Our office is located between the Northwell Syosset Hospital and the Home Depot store on Jericho Turnpike. We’re in Suite 221 and very accessible and easy to find. Ample free parking is available; several bus lines also service the area. Transportation is provided to and from the office for no-fault and workers’ compensation patients within a six-mile radius.

Same-day and walk-in appointments, as well as emergency hours, are available. We’re open late, and have Saturday hours in our Babylon location for your convenience.

Most insurance plans, auto accident and no-fault claims, and major credit cards are accepted.
